Novell GroupWise 8 SP2 Client
Situation
Under specific conditions, Groupwise will not open a MSWord document correctly.
When you doubleclick on the document in the library, MSWord will open, but no document will be loaded.
This happens only when:
-Using the GroupWise 8 SP2 client
-The name of the library contains a 'space' (IE Name Space)

Resolution
This issue has been reported to development
Two workarounds are available:
-Create a new library without spaces in the name (use underscores instead) and move documents to this one
-Open MSWord and open the document from there (File--> Open)
