Novell GroupWise 8 Support Pack 1 Hot Patch 1
Situation
Unable to save attachment from webaccess.
Resolution
- Browse to /var/opt/novell/groupwise/webaccess.
- Check if temp directory is present in webaccess directory.
- If directory is not present create temp directory in webaccess directory.
- Change rights to temp directory "chmod 777 temp.
- Restart apache once.
- Then try to compose mail try to attach document.
- You will see the attachment will get add to mail.
