How to turn of the Documents folder if DMS is not being used

Situation

Some customers are not using the Document Management features of GroupWise and would like to turn off, or hide, the Documents folder in the Windows client but there are not any options in Client Settings to turn this off. How do you hide the Documents folder?

Resolution

This folder is turned off, or hidden, by using the following Windows Registry setting:

HKCU\Software\Novell\GroupWise\Client\Setup\DocMan=Off
