After recreating user source error when using user source administrator

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management

Situation

After deleting and recreating user source, then re-adding user source administrators and logging in as that administrator, some tasks may show this error:

Could not find login account: null

Resolution

Restart the services on the ZENworks server to refresh the server cache.
