Steps to Duplicate :
 
  1. Create a new email in GroupWise, and change the "from" field to say, George Washington.
  2. Send the email.
  3. Notice that it will put your real name in the parenthesis field (so that you cannot forge/fake email).
  4. Now, go into Tools | Rules and EDIT a reply/vacation rule.Go to the Edit Action.
  5. Change the "from" field to be:  George Washington.  Notice that now it will reply with just "George Washington" in the from field, but it does not apply the parenthesis to insert your real name.
