Error recording audit data (failed to update /opt/novell/npum/service/local/audit/log.msq.cmdctrl)

The following error is seen in the unifid.log on the Audit Manager.

Error recording audit data (failed to update /opt/novell/npum/service/local/audit/log.msq.cmdctrl)
175001[SQL logic error or missing database]

Other symptoms include:
Session Audits do not show in Reporting
/opt/novell/npum/service/local/audit/log.msq.cmdctrl is growing in size (and not shrinking)
/opt/novell/npum/service/local/audit/log.msq.cmdctrl.tmp is static in size

Please contact NetIQ Technical Support to remedy the corruption.

To resolve this problem before the above errors and symptoms are seen, apply NetIQ Privileged User Manager 2.2.1-1 ( 2.2.1 Hot Fix 1) or greater.
