Situation

GroupWise installation crashes while performing an "Create or update a GroupWise system"
GroupWise installation crashes during the creation of SDD while creating or updating a GroupWise System

Resolution

This may happen if there is a communication issue from where the Software is being installed.

Workaround Steps:
  1. Type "./install " from the GroupWise install directory and press Enter.
  2. Click Install Products .
  3. Click GroupWise Administration .
  4. Click Configure Administration and follow the prompts to create a Software Distribution Directory.

    If the above also fails, try copying the GroupWise install Directory locally on the server and then run the installation
