Situation
Agent fails to upgrade with System Update

Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.3 - see KB 7005455 "ZENworks Configuration Management SP3 (10.3) - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
The fix does not (and cannot) cure the underlying problem that the service does not stop in a timely manner. The fix does put up a message now to inform the user that the service could not be stopped.
