Citrix Presentation Server

Situation

Server using Terminal Server or Citrix Server, when DLU policies are used, messages similar to the following are seen in zmd-messages.log

[DEBUG] [09/17/2009 00:30:24.590] [14312] [ZenworksWindowsService] [37] [ANS] [ContainmentRefresh] [] [Exception during refresh containment : user specific info is skipped : System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Program Files\Novell\ZENworks\bin\handlers\CacheFiles\1d86e7708e4d1349879b7cdec3eac6f6_UserList_Cahe.xml]'
because it is being used by another process.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.3 - see KB 7005455 "ZENworks Configuration Management SP3 (10.3) - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
