Situation
After upgrading to myMO 4.7, user can log in to the myMO default page. However, it cannot create or go to BSM portlets. Or the page is blank
Resolution
Login as admin user, go to the Welcome -> control panel -> server -> portal instance, check the virtual host. Make sure it is the valid mymo hostname with domain name. Mymo upgrade code gets the hostname and saves it to the database. Womehow, the alias name is returned and saved.
Change it and the those communities pages can be fetched back from the correct host.
