Error streaming an attachment [EA01]

Users cannot sync their GMS mailboxes. In a POA log file you can find a plenty of errors:

 

 

A root cause of these problems originate in a name for either PO or domain that consists of a space character, i.e. Test PO. The space is a reserved character that you should not use in naming any GroupWise objects.

A resolution for these problems is in GW8.01 HP1 code onward on GroupWise site of the SOAP protocol implementation. A Windows edition of GMS3 does does have problems with the space character in GroupWise object names, however, a Linux edition would still invoke the error. This has been reported to Nokia development, however, it is not granted that it will be fixed due to a stage of the GMS engineering.

A workaround would be to use Windows edition of GMS3 for Domain / PO combination where is the space in names. Alternatively you can also move GMS users out of the troubled Domain / PO into a location where you have not used the space in naming.
