In iManager 2.5, plugins are not working after the upgrade.

First eDirectory 8.8 was installed on this server.  eDirectory 8.8 does not upgrade iManager. Then iManager 2.5 was installed on the server.  A browser was used to go into the updated iManager but a yellow icon had the following message, "Notice: Some of the roles and tasks are not available."  When clicking on the View Details link the above error was seen.

Some plugins are not working correctly or are missing from the tasks and roles page.  See note below.

There are two options:

1. If there are iManager 2.02 servers still in the tree a second collection and setup for iManager 2.5 can be performed so that both versions may co-exist.

2. If there are no other 2.02 servers that will be using the existing collection then these roles and tasks can be updated for iManager 2.5.  Below are the steps to perform this function.

a. Click on the iManager Configure icon at the top of the screen (the helpdesk "guy").
b. Click on Role Based Services - RBS Configuration.
c. There will be a number other than zero for the Out-of-Date column.  Click on that number to display the detailed list.  Place a check mark next to each then select update.

This should resolve the issue.
Note:  iManager 2.5 only installs and upgrades plugins for core iManager and eDirectory tasks.  To update and install other product plugins please go to https://download.novell.com or https://dl.netiq.com (depending on the product iManager will manage).
