Error: "Incorrect version of task in eDirectory" seen in View Details link for roles and tasks not available.

Server was upgraded from NetWare 6.5 SP2 to 6.5 OES.
Error:  " Incorrect version of task in eDirectory " seen in View Details link for tasks not available.
Error: -604 seen in logger and dstrace trying to update tasks and roles in iManager after upgrade.  Error: No such class.

There are two options:

1. If there are iManager 2.02 servers still in the tree a second collection and setup for iManager 2.5 can be performed so that both versions may co-exist.

2. If there are no other 2.02 servers that will be using the existing collection then these roles and tasks can be updated for iManager 2.5.  Below are the steps to perform this function.

Extend Schema
a. Click on the iManager Configure icon at the top of the screen (the helpdesk "guy").
b. Click on Role Based Services - RBS Configuration.
c. You should see the following at the top of the screen: "Notice: The RBS schema definitions have not been installed or they are out of date.  Extend schema now. ",   Click on the Extend Schema link.
NOTE:  The schema must be extended for the next step to work.

Update Tasks
a. Click on the iManager Configure icon at the top of the screen (the helpdesk "guy").
b. Click on Role Based Services - RBS Configuration.
c. There will be a number other than zero for the Out-of-Date column.  Click on that number to display the detailed list.  Place a check mark next to each then select update.

Now go into Roles and Tasks.  You should only see five roles not available.  These should have "requires previous version" in the reason field since these tasks are not supported under iManager 2.5 (including 2.6.x). 

Install new and updated Plugins
a. Click on the iManager Configure icon at the top of the screen (the helpdesk "guy").
b. Click on Role Based Services - RBS Configuration.
c. There will be a number other than zero for the Not Installed column.  Click on that number to display the detailed list.  Place a check mark next to each then select install.
d. Go to download.novell.com or dl.netiq.com (depending on the product) to pull down updated plugins other than those provided with the installation.
