Situation

If the Tomcat servlet engine is being used with GroupWise WebAccess, the maximum memory allocation (heap size) for Tomcat should be at least 128 MB.

Resolution

The maximum memory allocation is set by using the -Xmx parameter when starting Tomcat.  For example, -Xmx128m
