Novell GroupWise 8
If the WebAccess login page appears in one or more of the frames (for example, the Folder list or the Item list) after a WebAccess user has successfully logged in, the user is probably accessing WebAccess through one or more proxy servers.
To prevent this problem:
- In ConsoleOne, right click the WebAccess Application object (GroupWise WebAccess), then click Properties
- Click Application -> Security, then deselect User Client IP in Securing Sessions. For more information about this option, click Help on the Environment page.
- Click Ok to save the change
