Situation
The GroupWise client shows in Add/Remove programs twice but only
one works.
Resolution
If the GroupWise 7 client has already been installed on a
workstation by an administrator user, and if the GroupWise 8 client
is installed by a different administrator user, a second instance
of GroupWise is installed and the first instance is not
updated. To fix this problem, go to the Control Panel, then
double-click Add/Remove programs. Highlight the obsolete
instance and then click Uninstall
