After move, addressbook is empty

After an user has been moved to another PostOffice, their are missing Addressbooks and/or addressbooks are missing information.

The user has started the GroupWise client in at least 2 different languages and one off these languages is English.

Problem description:
When a user has started his GroupWise client (before GroupWise 8) in several languages, he will have multiple "Frequent Contact Addressbooks", each in the language the client has been started with. E.g. When I start the client in German I will have a"Primärbuch". If the user used 2 different languages, he will have 2 different FCA's. E.g. "Frequent Contact Addressbook" and"Primärbuch". This behaviour has been changed in GroupWise 8. In GW8 You will only have 1 FCA and this will be displayed in the language of the client. So, when I started the client in English, I will have a "Frequent Contact Addressbook", when I start the client in German, I will see a "Primärbuch" and no "Frequent Contact Addressbook", but I will see the same content as when I start the client in English and will see the "Frequent Contact Addressbook".

After a move, the content of the other language FCA is overwritten with the content of the "Frequent Contact Addressbook" when this is present. And if this is "Frequent Contact Addressbook" was empty, and I start the client in German my "Primärbuch" will also be empty, even when it has entries before the move. These entries are lost.
