This article discusses the message that may appear during incremental synchronizations that use the PlateSpin VSS-BBT transfer method.

Resolution

Details

This issue can occur when volumes are added to, or modified on, the source server.

Solution
To resolve this situation, reinstall the VSS-BBT components on the source server and perform a server synchronization job to restart the incremental schedule.
