Situation
View button missing while right-clicking mail or a Document in a library
Resolution
This was an intentional design change made in GroupWise 8 Client
Workaround Steps:
- Login to GroupWise Client.
- Highlight a mail or a Document in a library
- Click Actions | View
OR
- Login to GroupWise Client.
- Right Click on the Toolbar and click Customize Toolbar.
- Click Customize.
- Under Categories, click Actions.
- Click the glasses icon on the right.
- Click Add Button.
- Highlight a mail or a Document in a Library.
- Click the glasses icon on the toolbar to view the mail or Document.
