Situation

How to add an icon on desktop for ZENworks explorer shortcut.

Since ZENworks Explorer is mapped as a System Folder type, to create a Desktop shortcut the following steps should be followed:

Resolution

1.On Desktop create a new folder
2.Rename it to Name.{763370C4-268E-4308-A60C-D8DA0342BE32} (Name- can be set as desired)

This will create a shortcut of ZENworks Explorer on your Desktop.
