iManager Object Selector Not Working or Missing Entirely

Following upgrade from iManager 2.7.2 to 2.7.3, under Directory Administration, and choosing any of the options, the Object Selector (magnifying glass) was not opening a separate search frame, and was presenting objects found in the main window.  These objects were not selectable from the results, however, making it impossible to manage objects.  Additionally, the View Objects button was missing from the top navigation bar.

It was found that after the upgrade, tomcat was loading twice - once from /etc/init.d/novell-tomcat5 and /etc/init.d/tomcat5.  If both of these load, the Object Selector and View Objects functioned incorrectly.  Removing the second running tomcat instance (/etc/init.d/tomcat5) resolved the issue, and iManager functions correctly again.
