GroupWise 8 Support Pack 1 Client does not remember small window size after a restart.

Symptoms:
GroupWise 8 Client does not save its window size upon restart.
GroupWise 8 Client window can be resized to a small size but once the client is restarted, it will revert to a larger size.
GroupWise 8 Client window is too big when using larger screen resolutions.
GroupWise 8 Client window must be resized each time a user logs in when their screen resolution is 800x600.

The size and position of the GroupWise 8 Client window is recorded in the Windows registry.  The registry for this is HK_CURRENT_USER\Software\Novell\GroupWise\Client\View Settings|Viewers.Position.  It remembers the location and size of the GroupWise Client window.  Development set a minimum size for the window so that it will not save any settings smaller than the size they set.  This is fine for larger resolutions but for larger resolutions (800x600) it makes the client window too large forcing the user to resize each time they login.
