Situation

Unable to log to ZAM Admin Console due to setting the inactivity lockout feature

Unable to login since user had not logged in to the console for a long time.

Resolution

Need to modify the LastLoginDate field in the NC_NCUser table to a more recent date. Then the user will be able to login.

Cause

Root Cause:

Admin had set the feature of locking the console after 180 days of inactivity.
