User receives D107 Error when opening an attached forwarded mail item

When a user attempts to open a forwarded mail item, they receive an Error D107.
Some users have reported multiple D107 Errors that cause them to have to open Windows Task Manager and close GroupWise.

The user receives a mail that has been forwarded. When opening this mail, he gets a D107. after restarting the  GroupWise client, the user is able to open the mail without an error.

The scenario discovered when this problem happens seems to be that after the original recipient has forwarded the mail, he either purged or archived the mail. This happened before the user receiving the forwarded mail opened this mail. This problem has been seen on mailboxes on the same PO as well on different PO's.
