Unable to access GroupWise WebAccess on PALM Pixi

Configuration:
Running NetWare 6.5 Support Pack 6 or later
DNS Name being used to access GroupWise WebAccess
https being used to access GroupWise WebAccess
Apache with SSL enabled

Situation

Unable to access GroupWise WebAccess on PALM Pixi
Typing the WebAccess URL on PALM Pixi does not give a login page and finally times out
GroupWise WebAcess URL works fine on other devices and browsers using https and the domain name

Resolution

Upgrade to NetWare 6.5 Support Pack 7 or later
 
Workaround Steps:
 
Connect to WebAccess using the IP Address instead of Domain Name (https://IPAddress/gw/webacc)
OR
Connect to WebAccess on non-secured port (http) instead of secured port (https) (http://DNSName/gw/webacc)
