When trying to create a new map:

Resolution
This issue is resolved with the iPrint client version 5.32 and later. It can be downloaded here:

Choose iPrint on the Product or Technology drop down menu and click "Search" The client is titled "iPrint Client for Windows XP/Vista/Win7 5.32."
