Resolution
1. In Consoleone connect to the primary domain.
2. Clear the User Move Status.
3. Right click on the primary domain and select GroupWise Utilities | System Maintainance | Validate Database. (This can be run with the MTA running)
4. Run a Validate on any secondary domain's that are involved with the move.
5. Connect to the secondary domain's and run a Validate on the post office.
6. Remove the user.
