Forward rule of 'Meeting Cancelled' notification no longer works

A rule that performed a forward of 'Meeting Cancelled' notification no longer works since an upgrade to
Novell GroupWise 8 Support Pack 1 Hot Patch 1

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Validate this rule works with UserB on GroupWise 7:
When Event is Received
If conditions are Act on items where Subject contains 'Meeting Cancelled'
Then actions are: Forward to: UserA.

2. UserA requests a meeting with UserB

3. UserB accepts meeting

4. UserA deletes meeting and selects to delete the rule from the recipients
folders.

5. UserB's rule will forward a copy of the 'Meeting Cancelled' notification to
UserA.

6. Upgrade system to GroupWise 8.0.1 HP1. The client is not required to be
updated.

7. Repeat steps 2 through 4.


Actual Results:
No email gets sent from UserB to UserA

Expected Results:
A forwarded email from UserB to UserA


Note. A workaround is to change the rule to do a move of the meeting cancellation to a shared folder.
