Nothing happens clicking on "System Settings" under the red "N" when configuring the Novell Client for Linux

Situation

Accessing "System Settings" under the red "N" from the notification area does nothing.

Resolution

Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
 
1. Open a terminal and login as root.
2. Type "yast -i kdebase4-runtime"
3. Launch "System Settings" Under the red "N" and the Yast client configuration should now work.

The reason for the non responsiveness is because the Novell Client for Linux configuration page requires kdebase4-runtime to be installed.
