Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 2 - 10.2
Situation
When 'Add Device' and 'Import Managed Device' is
clicked in ZCC, the following error is returned, unless the right, 'Configure Registration' under
Zone rights is given.
Unable to complete your request for the following reason:
InternalDataModel exception while trying to create device: test1
com.novell.zenworks.datamodel.exceptions.InsufficientRightsException: test:
/Keys/testkey(/Keys) [Registrations/0x4]
Device has not been added.

Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.3 - see KB 7005455 "ZENworks Configuration
Management SP3 (10.3) - update information and list of fixes" which can
be found at https://www.novell.com/support
