'To Be Delivered' time not changed on a resend of a 'Delayed delivery' email

Environment

Novell GroupWise 32 bit Client
Novell GroupWise 8 Support Pack 1 Hot Patch 1

Situation

After an upgrade to GroupWise 8.0 SP1 HP1 it is not possible to do a resend of a delayed delivery message with a different delayed delivery time using either the GroupWise 7.0.3 Windows Client or GroupWise 8.0.1 HP1 Windows Client

Resolution

This has been reported to Engineering

Additional Information

This GroupWise 8.0 SP1 HP1 Linux Client is not affected.
 
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a delayed delivery message, for example 2:00 pm
2. Resend the same delayed delivery message for a later time, for example 5:00 pm. A retraction is not required.
3. Check the properties of the resent delayed delivery email. It will still show it set for delivery at 2:00 pm and it will get delivered at 2:00 pm

Actual Results:  
The properties of the resent delayed delivery email will still show it set for delivery at 2:00 pm and it will get delivered at 2:00 pm
