Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 3 - 10.3 Installation - Agent
Situation
Logoff takes 10 minutes running a VB script on shutdown if ZCM agent is installed.
The SNMPTRAP command executed in the VB Script:
\\<domain>\<path>\snmptrap.exe -v 1 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx public .1.3.4.1.4.1.16856 <domain> 6 1 '' .1.1 i 0.1.2 s "xxxxxxxxxx" .1.3 s CLIENT .1.4 s xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx .1.5 s xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
Running the SNMPTRAP command manually from the DOS prompt is successful.
Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.3 - see KB 7005455 "ZENworks Configuration Management SP3 (10.3) - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
