Situation

In some situations after applying GroupWise 7 SP4 the GroupWise Post Office is unable to process SOAP requests properly. This can effect GroupWise Mobile Server (GMS) and BlackBerry Enterprise Servers (BES) and other applications that rely on SOAP.

Resolution

Apply the GroupWise 7.04 POA FTF that can be found by using Patchfinder at https://www.novell.com/downloads.

NOTE: The FTF should only be applied to servers already running GW 7.04 POA's.
