Situation
When using Console One to modify the properties of the domain | Address Book, the GroupWise clients do not properly reflect the columns displayed from the Address Book Fields.
For example, in the Address Book Fields, you choose to display only:
- Given Name (required)
- Last Name (required)
- Department
- Phone
However, when a user logs into the GroupWise 8 client, they are able to see the above four columns and more. So the client is not restricting the available columns to match what was set at the domain level.
