This article explains the reason for the following error message when extracting the downloaded server installation file:There is not enough space on drive C:\ to extract this package.
This issue occurs when the available free space on the drive is 4GB or a multiple of 4GB. This is a known issue with InstallShield installation packages.
To work around this issue, use either of the methods below.
1. Add or remove some files from the drive to adjust the available free space.
2. Use WinZip or similar application to manually extract the contents of the executable. Run the resulting .HTA file to proceed with the installation.
