The update for the Architectures x86 and x86-64 can be downloaded from the Novell Patch Finder area on the Novell support website

Go to https://download.novell.com/patch/finder/
    As 'Product or Technology (required)' choose 'Open Enterprise Server'
    For 'version' you can leave this to the default that says '-- All versions --'
    For keyword, you can choose '20100331'
