ZCM SNMP discovery does not recognize SLES 11

Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 2 - 10.2 Discovery - Base lined with 10.2.2 and has March PRU applied.

Situation

When an SNMP discovery task is created and run, it does not recognized SLES 11. The OS information is reported as 'other'.

Resolution

As a workaround use SSH to discover SLES 11 devices instead of SNMP.
