Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 2 - 10.2

Situation

QuickTask port not open on SLES 11 ZCM managed servers with firewall enabled.

Type: System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException
Message: Cannot be negative.

Resolution

Workaround:  Manually open port 7628 on the primary server firewall.
