Situation
IMAP threads in the Post Office Agent hung in the "Starting" state in the WebConsole
Unable to connect using IMAP
IMAP threads do not spawn new threads when hung in the "Starting" state
Resolution
Workaround Steps:
Restart the POA at regular intervals using the cron script on Linux or any other automated way
