GroupWise client is unable to display a content of Teaming folders.

Situation

GroupWise client displays a Teaming folder and you can successfully login into Teaming mailbox. After that a folder tree structure of Teaming mailbox is displayed but when you click on any of populated folders, you get Action Canceled browser error.

Resolution

Reported to Engineering.

Additional Information

A reason behind this error is a problem on a GroupWise client site. If your Teaming is configured with a listen port for instance 8080, the entire communication between the client and Teaming server uses 8080 port but at the moment when you click on any populated Teaming mailbox folder, the client initiates a communication instead of port 8080 a port 80 that is not active.
