Lockout older snapins with 801HP1 on Linux also locks out Windows C1

In an effort to lock out older snapins in ConsoleOne, the option was checked running C1 on Linux and the defaults were accepted.  However accessing the same GW system from C1 running on Windows is now impossible as the snapins on Windows are 3 days earlier than the default date set in C1 on Linux

Edit the lockout settings in C1 on Linux, changing the date to be before that of the HP1 Windows snapins.
