Situation

PKIDIAG returns error -5 trying to login
SASI returns error -5 trying to login

Resolution

SYS:ETC\HOSTS AND SYS:ETC\HOSTNAME need to contain
IPaddress server_name_with_DNS_context  server_name_without_DNS_context

For example:
192.168.2.111 Server1.lab.novell.com Server1
