Computer settings not getting applied if the policy is assigned before the first agent reboot

This problem happens when a dynamic workstation group is created and a rule is created to add machines to that group.  Then a policy is created to apply to that group.  Then if a workstation is registered later, and is added to the group by the rule, the policy does not apply on the machine.

This is working as designed.
