WebAccess is unable to view document properties

Environment

Novell GroupWise 2012

Situation

Steps to duplicate:
1) Drag a document to a shared folder in the GroupWise client.
2) Verify the properties can be viewed in the client.
3) Log into WebAccess as the same user.
4) Right click on the document and select properties.
5) No document information will be displayed.

Also, right click the document and select Save As, and a blank dialogue box will come up.

Resolution

Reported to engineering.
