Novell GroupWise 8 Support Pack 1
  Situation
 The GroupWise client freezes or crashes when trying to attach a file to the e-mail.   
Resolution
- Go to Devices and Printers Menu.
 - Delete all the Printers.
 - Close the GroupWise client and reopen it.
 - Test if the attaching a file is successful.
 - Reinstall the Printers.
