GroupWise Client crashes while trying to attach an attachment

The GroupWise client freezes or crashes when trying to attach a file to the e-mail.


  1. Go to Devices and Printers Menu.
  2. Delete all the Printers.
  3. Close the GroupWise client and reopen it.
  4. Test if the attaching a file is successful.
  5. Reinstall the Printers.
