Clicking on Reply Using Internet Explorer Shows The Screen Littered with Editing Tools

Situation

Using Internet Explorer to reply to an html email can display random writing tools in the reply window.

Resolution

The problem is caused by received message having an HTML tag formatted like the following:  

<BODY contentEditable=3Dtrue style=3D"FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: tahom=^M
a, new york, times, serif">


The <Body ContentEditable ...> tag is being passed in with the original message and causing the Webaccess Application to display its available Editing Tools:
