NOWS SBE 2.5
Situation
When doing an installation of NOWS SBE 2.5 and Samba, the default Samba context is set up asthe "Users" Organizational Unit, and by default users are created here as well.
After installation time, the default location for creation of users varies by utility. Using the WebUI creates users in the Users ou, but iManager creates them in "O=<organzation>". Just as a note, NOWS SBE 2.0 created users in O=<organization>.
Since admin and sbsadmin users reside under the "O=<organization>", in the default configuration these users cannotbe samba enabled.
NOTE: If you do not need admin or sbsadmin Samba enabled then this is not a problem.

Resolution
Move all users to "O=<organization>" and set the Samba organization to "O=<organization>".
