Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 2 - 10.2 Business Objects Reporting
Situation
After installing ZRS (ZENworks Reporting Server) 10.2, Windows Add/Remove programs > ZENworks Reporting Server > Click here for support information > version shows 10.1.0.0
Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.3 for new installs only - see KB 7005455 "ZENworks Configuration Management SP3 (10.3) - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
If the server was updated to 10.3 the version is not updated.
For proper version check the following instead.
Windows:
Check the version of %ZENWORKS_HOME%\share\boe\version\ZENworksReportingServiceComponentsVersion.dll file
Linux:
cat /opt/novell/zenworks/share/boe-publish/version/ZENworksReportingServiceComponentsVersion.txt
