Blank page launching ZRS Infoview after previous session terminated

Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 2 - 10.2

Situation

If an InfoView session is terminated without selecting "Log Out", relaunching InfoView may cause a new blank window to launch and close immediately.

Resolution

Use "Log out" to terminate InfoView Sessions.
 
To clean up an improperly terminated session, delete the browser cookies and retry the InfoView launch, or bring up a new session of ZCC to launch.
