Virtual OES2 Server only sees SCSI ID's 0-7

Environment

Novell Open Enterprise Server 2 (OES 2) Linux Support Pack 1

Situation

Customer assigned 15 new LUNs to a virtual SCSI adapter on OES2 SP1 server.  The server only recognizes the first 8 (SCSI ID 0-7).

Resolution

The command "/bin/rescan-scsi-bus.sh" is only scanning from scsi id 0 through 7 by default.  You have to add -w 0-15 to have all the scsi id's scanned.
